Stimulate your child's senses
Kids love exciting things to look at - Babies, toddlers and young children are stimulated by bright colours, shapes and objects they know or can learn easily and happy smiley faces. Don't expect them to appreciate the expensive designer matching wallpaper and curtains you buy them, that's for our benefit not theirs!
Incorporate bright colours - As such, you should try and incorporate as many bright colours and objects as you can, it will make them more inquisitive and help them to develop and learn faster.
Get your kids talking - You can still create a stylish environment for your child by coordinating your furnishings, carpets and curtains, but give them something to look, point and ask you questions about, remember they're taking things in and learning all the time. We've found that the Kiddie Kanvas characters are a great starting point for bedtime stories.
